Tina Fisher of San Juan Island and Lautenbach’s Carolyn Moulton

The Spring Great Islands Clean Up on San Juan Island was a smashing success!  Lautenbach volunteers Amy Kingham, Heather Rowe, and April Young (along with her mom and 3 super helpful grandchildren) helped 100+ motivated islanders collect 1,910 lbs. of stray garbage on a beautiful Spring Saturday.  Lautenbach manages the San Juan Transfer Station, and we’re committed to helping keep the roads and beaches of San Juan Island litter-free.  We sponsor the event every year with doughnuts and coffee to fuel the volunteers, plus live music at the after party.  A great time was had by all!
